Dr. Sarwath Khizrana, MBA, Ph.D. is a dynamic leader and strategist with deep expertise in Leadership, Innovation, and Business Transformation. Holding a Doctorate in Business Management, she brings over two decades of impact across the IT, Banking, Entrepreneurship, and Education sectors.
She has spearheaded Learning & Development for leading financial institutions including Scotiabank, CIBC, and Atlantic Central Credit Unions, where she led a landmark core banking transformation for 40 credit unions across Atlantic Canada. Her ability to align people, process, and technology has positioned her as a trusted advisor in complex transformation programs.
As an academic and thought leader, she has published extensively in international journals and delivered presentations at global conferences, advancing new perspectives in leadership and innovation. She has led leadership development programs for thousands of professionals at one of the world’s top business schools, shaping future-ready leaders across industries.
Committed to community impact, Sarwath volunteers as a mentor with Business in the Streets, empowering aspiring entrepreneurs and emerging leaders.
